When you get my needle tip glass bottles, you can indicate if you would prefer a clasp ring or a spring to hold your bottle to cage. For acrylic cages, there is option of acrylic bottle holders. If your water cannot flow, you need to loosen the cover as if no air can enter the bottle, it means no water can go out. Thanks!
