With medication to be given add $10 per day or opt for vet to look after is another option. Usually it costs up to $300 per night hospitalisation. Please note we are not vets and will do our best to help you. We will not be held responsible should anything bad happens to your chinchilla in our care despite our meticulous care. We will treat all like our own and feed our pellets/ hay/ hay cookies/ apple sticks/ herbs/ probiotics and dust bath them with chilldust.

- Cancellation 9 days before, you will get 90% refund
- Cancellation 8 days before, you will get 80% refund
- Cancellation 7 days before, you will get 70% refund
- Cancellation 6 days before, you will get 60% refund
- Cancellation 5 days before, you will get 50% refund
- Cancellation 4 days before, you will get 40% refund
- Cancellation 3 days before, you will get 30% refund
- Cancellation 2 days before, you will get 20% refund
- Cancellation 1 day before, you will get 10% refund
- Cancellation on same day no refund provided

Just bring your chinchilla in a carrier and label it. Bring along his/ her favorite toy (optional)
Herbs, hay cookies, apple sticks and probiotics will be on the house! Dust bath will be given twice a week.
Your chinchillas will not share cages with other chinchillas. Only compatible chinchillas belonging to you and with your permission/ knowledge, will be put in same cage (up to 3 chinchillas)

Boarding is now regulated by AVS and hence additional steps have to be taken care of in adherence to SOP approved by AVS. I will be prioritizing boarding for chinchillas bought from me and owners of these chins are regulars too because of overwhelming demand especially during holiday season. Buying at least 1 chinchilla from me gives you privilege of boarding space.
Regular customers will be given priority too if I have availability of cages. I reserve the right to accept only healthy chinchillas for boarding. I’ll also take the opportunity to check on your chinchillas and groom if needed. Priority is for chinchillas bought directly from me. Chinchillas bought from others or from my own customers will be given second priority. Ask me 1 week beforehand to see if there is slot. Thank you.
Please do not bring any severely sick chinchilla. Freak or natural death will not be my responsibility if your chinchilla is sickly/ old/ very hyperactive. Chinchillas are also known to die of heart attack or unknown reasons. I’ll keep cages as safe as possible. ❤️
If your chinchilla is sick, I will inform you and bring it to a vet. Fees will be borne by you. Will update you beforehand. I will not be held responsible due to unfortunate accidents/ deaths despite my meticulous care.
If your chinchilla gives birth, boarding charges at $6 will apply to each kit. Care of mother at no additional charge.
Do not bargain over boarding fees as I charge low rate for 24 h aircon, clean environment and best care. Elsewhere it’s $20 or more according to my customers.
Boarding Eg 10 Feb to 14 Feb is considered 4 days not 5 days.
